Responsibilities
- Be the local point of contact for the High School Holland program
- Guide international students, host families, and secondary schools in your region during the exchange period
- Visit the exchange student every month (alternating between host family and school) and create a progress report
- Organize and participate in events for students and host families
- Be present twice a year at the Meet Your Student Day where host families and students meet for the first time
Requirements
- You are at least 25 years old
- You have MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level
- You value internationalization in youth development and embrace global citizenship
- You have some experience guiding youth aged 14 to 18
- You make easy contact and are a good listener
- You are representative and have an enthusiastic, professional appearance
- You are communicatively skilled in Dutch and (at least) English, both written and spoken
- You are quickly available and responsive in emergencies
- You own a car or can easily access one

Compensation
The compensation is a fee based on the number of students placed and guided. No fixed salary or hourly rate is provided.. Self-employed contractor with income dependent on number of students placed and guided
