Responsibilities • Define design strategy and conduct comprehensive evaluation of current application; propose and implement improvements referencing industry-leading health and consumer platforms. • Construct, refine, and document Figma design system using variables, tokens, structured component libraries, and precise naming conventions for engineering teams. • Generate multi-brand visual architectures and prepare token exports for engineering implementation. • Incorporate gamified interactions and modern UI approaches while maintaining accessibility standards and platform consistency. • Provide continuous mentorship to internal design team through daily feedback and maintain comprehensive documentation.
