About the Role

The Head of Sales Enablement will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy. This role will work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement programs that enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy for the Australia and New Zealand region.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement in sales processes and performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, battle cards, and other resources.
  • Implement a sales onboarding program to ensure new hires are quickly productive.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the sales operations team to ensure alignment between sales enablement initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Partner with marketing to develop and deliver demand generation programs that support sales objectives.
  • Manage the sales enablement budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in sales enablement.
  • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of sales enablement tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure sales enablement content is aligned with product roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain a sales enablement technology stack that supports sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular pulse checks and feedback sessions with the sales team to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a coaching program to support the development of sales managers and leaders.
  • Create and maintain a sales enablement dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Facilitate the adoption of new sales methodologies and frameworks.
  • Work with the sales enablement team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and content.
  • Develop and implement a sales enablement governance framework to ensure compliance and standardization.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales enablement programs to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team on best practices and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales enablement team to develop and implement a continuous improvement process.
  • Develop and implement a sales enablement communication plan to ensure effective communication with the sales team.
