Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day sales operations including quota management, commissions, forecasting, and quarterly/annual planning.
- Build annual operating plans, prepare board and executive-level reporting, and drive change management across GTM functions.
- Partner with Finance on invoicing, compensation, and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with Legal on NDAs, contracts, and deal enablement.
- Support Marketing and Product teams with pricing and product feature alignment.
- Define and optimize the GTM tech stack (CRM, forecasting, reporting tools).
- Partner with Engineering only where necessary, but ensure ownership sits within the right functions (Sales Ops, Finance, etc.).
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team.
- Provide proactive reporting and insights to the executive team to guide strategic decisions.
