Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for payroll

- Lead discovery efforts to understand customer pain points in payroll processing
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and user needs
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, high-quality releases
- Monitor key product metrics and adjust strategy based on data
- Represent product decisions to executive leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve automation in payroll workflows
- Guide the team through complex technical and regulatory challenges
- Maintain alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities
- Evaluate third-party integrations relevant to payroll systems
