Shape the future of medical software through design
We're seeking a Head of Product Design to define and drive the visual and functional language of our products. You'll lead all aspects of design strategy, from crafting a unified system across platforms to reimagining how clinicians interact with critical tools every day.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a cohesive design system grounded in brand, typography, tone, and reusable components to ensure consistency across all digital experiences.
- Lead a ground-up redesign of the clinical dashboard, focusing on usability, clarity, and daily engagement for medical professionals.
- Overhaul the mobile and web interfaces to establish a new benchmark for quality and user-centered design.
- Optimize internal tools to support customer experience teams with faster, more intuitive workflows.
- Guide and expand a small team of designers, offering mentorship, structure, and creative direction.
- Scale the design function in parallel with company growth, hiring and shaping future roles.
What We’re Looking For
- A deep instinct for design detail—someone who spots inconsistencies and champions simplicity.
- Proven leadership in managing designers, not just collaborating with them, including giving feedback and raising team performance.
- Experience designing across web, mobile, and internal platforms, with awareness of each context’s unique demands.
- Track record of building design systems or products from scratch, turning ambiguity into reliable solutions.
- Willingness to stay hands-on—designing, iterating, and shipping alongside the team.
- Experience leading user research from planning to insight, and translating findings into tangible improvements.
- Strong grasp of how language and interface design work together, with experience shaping or collaborating on copy.
Nice to Have
- Background in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance, with awareness of compliance and risk.
- Design experience serving both European and U.S. user bases, understanding cultural and operational differences.
How We Work
The team operates fully remotely, working asynchronously across time zones. Leadership syncs happen a few times a week with midday Pacific availability expected. We value focus, speed, and clarity—moving fast without sacrificing integrity.

- Salary range: $100,000–$200,000 per year, depending on experience
