Palma Coliving is seeking a Head of Private Equity (OpCo) & Real Estate Investments (PropCo) / Capital Raiser-UHNI Consultant/VP to lead our fundraising and strategic growth. You will spearhead the capital raising efforts for our operational and real estate investment companies, leveraging your immediate network to drive our expansion from 200 to 700 rooms within 5 years.
What You'll Do
- Lead OpCo fundraising efforts to secure €3M in equity for immediate operational cash flow and to reach breakeven.
- Use your immediate network (no cold outreach) to build and nurture relationships with HNWI, family offices, and real estate investors.
- Identify and secure off-market, undervalued property deals for acquisition.
- Play a strategic role in structuring the future €100M Flex-Living Investment Fund.
- Position Palma Coliving as the go-to boutique coliving investment brand in Southern Europe.
What We're Looking For
- Strong and immediate network in family offices, UHNI & private-equity investors, and real estate funds.
- 10+ years proven experience in real estate investment, capital raising, private equity, or fund management.
- Track record in securing financing, structuring deals, and investor relations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, deal-maker, and results-driven.
