Job Title: Performance Marketing Leadership/Paid Channel Acquisition Executive Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: U.S. or Western-aligned time zones exclusively Job Overview: We're supporting our partner, a rapidly expanding, $10M/yr nutritional product manufacturer, seeking a Paid Acquisition Leader who can personally diagnose, expand, and ultimately construct a world-class performance marketing organization. This represents a strategic player-coach engagement for the initial 6–12 months. You will predominantly operate within digital platforms rather than creating presentations. The primary objectives include immediate profitability enhancement, precise technical implementation, and developing a sustainable, profitable growth trajectory. The optimal candidate embodies a performance-driven mindset, embraces lifestyle optimization, and has successfully elevated brands from $5–10M → $30M+, driving $500k–$2M/month profitable investment across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities: First 90 Days - Demonstrate Exceptional Capability: - Conduct comprehensive assessment of Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon accounts - Implement immediate profitability interventions and account optimization - Initiate innovative account configuration, creative approach, and bidding methodology demonstrating clear ROAS improvement - Develop comprehensive 30/60/90-day scaling blueprint targeting $1.5–2M/month profitable expenditure - Commence recruitment pipeline for initial platform specialist (Amazon or Meta) Ongoing Responsibilities: - Manage 100% of Paid Acquisition financial performance - Personally manage majority of expenditure until dedicated specialists are recruited - Recruit, develop, and supervise 2–3 senior platform leadership professionals as investment scales - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly profit objectives (profit-sharing linked to incremental performance) - Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, creative strategies, and efficiency optimization Requirements: - Demonstrated personal experience scaling nutritional/health/consumer brands to $500k–$2M/month profitable investment across ≥3 platforms - Experience leading or closely collaborating with small teams/agencies (3–10 personnel) - Maintains exceptional platform proficiency, capable of immediately outperforming current metrics - Western time zone alignment, demonstrates extreme accountability, ego-free, solution-oriented approach - Ideal candidate who has transformed brands from $5–10M → $30M+ seeking significant growth potential without immediate maximum compensation requirements
