Job Title: Performance Marketing Leadership/Paid Acquisition Director Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: U.S. or Western-aligned time zones exclusively Job Overview: We're assisting our client, a rapidly expanding $10M/yr nutritional product manufacturer, in recruiting a Paid Acquisition Executive who can independently diagnose, expand, and ultimately develop a top-tier performance marketing team. This represents a strategic player-coach opportunity for the initial 6–12 months. You'll predominantly operate within digital platforms rather than creating presentations. The emphasis is on immediate profitability enhancement, sophisticated technical implementation, and constructing a pathway to sustainable, profitable expansion. The perfect candidate embodies a high-performance mindset, embraces lifestyle optimization, and has previously propelled brands from $5–10M → $30M+, driving $500k–$2M/month profitable expenditure across multiple channels. Responsibilities: First 90 Days - Demonstrate Exceptional Capability: - Conduct comprehensive evaluation of Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon account ecosystems - Implement immediate profitability interventions and account optimization - Introduce innovative account configuration, creative methodology, and bidding approach demonstrating clear ROAS improvement - Develop a 30/60/90-day expansion strategy targeting $1.5–2M/month profitable expenditure - Initiate recruitment process for initial platform specialist (Amazon or Meta) Ongoing Expectations: - Assume complete ownership of Paid Acquisition financial performance - Directly manage majority of marketing expenditure until dedicated specialists are recruited - Recruit, develop, and supervise 2–3 senior platform leadership professionals as spending increases - Consistently meet or surpass monthly profit objectives (profit-sharing linked to incremental performance) - Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, creative strategies, and efficiency improvements Requirements: - Proven track record scaling nutritional/health/consumer brands to $500k–$2M/month profitable spend across ≥3 platforms - Experience leading compact teams or agency environments (3–10 personnel) - Maintained platform expertise, capable of immediately outperforming current metrics - Western time zone alignment, demonstrate extreme accountability, ego-free, solution-oriented approach - Ideal candidate who has previously scaled brands from $5–10M → $30M+ seeking transformative opportunity with substantial potential upside
