- Respond to operational issues with timely solutions
- Collaborate with department heads on administrative needs
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive information
- Streamline communication between teams and leadership
- Implement sustainability initiatives within office operations
- Lead emergency preparedness and business continuity planning

- Oversee mail, courier, and delivery operations
