About the Role

TUI Group is seeking a Head of Merchandising & Promotions to drive digital sales revenue and channel growth through effective merchandising and promotional strategies. You will develop compelling digital experiences that meet consumer expectations and support our market priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Establish the strategic framework for the sales planning cycle, providing leadership in setting detailed targets and reviewing performance.
  • Lead the strategic direction for performance tracking across sales channels, analyzing traffic, conversion, and booking data to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Develop the vision for online discount, promotion, and offer strategies, working with commercial leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Co-ordinate promotional campaign planning & activation across sales and marketing functions.
  • Define the overarching digital merchandising strategy and establish governance frameworks for exceptional web and app experiences.
  • Work with the Sales Optimisation, Personalisation & Digital Change team to align merchandising priorities with testing & change roadmaps.
  • Coordinate personalisation activity with broader merchandising efforts.
  • Define the strategic approach to sales campaigns, establishing frameworks for planning and implementation.
  • Lead teams across the region, establishing a high-performance culture and developing talent management strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, and online sales.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising best practices and platform optimization.
  • Commercial acumen to translate business priorities into effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Analytical capabilities to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in planning and implementing successful digital sales campaigns.
  • Leadership abilities in motivating and developing teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across commercial, marketing, and technology teams for cross-functional collaboration.
