What You’ll Do

  • Set the strategic foundation for sales planning, using market insights to guide target setting and ongoing performance evaluation.
  • Analyze traffic, conversion, and booking patterns to uncover opportunities and inform commercial decisions across channels.
  • Develop and lead the execution of online promotion and discount strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer response.
  • Establish a unified digital merchandising strategy with clear governance, ensuring consistent, high-impact experiences across web and app platforms.
  • Collaborate with optimization, personalization, and digital change teams to integrate merchandising priorities into testing and development roadmaps.
  • Design and oversee sales campaign frameworks, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Lead and develop regional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
