About the Role
Lead the development and execution of mobile marketing strategies to scale user acquisition and improve lifetime value across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive mobile marketing strategies to support business growth
- Manage and scale user acquisition campaigns across paid channels with a focus on ROI
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with user behavior insights
- Optimize customer journey touchpoints to increase conversion and retention rates
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine messaging, creatives, and funnel performance
- Oversee budget allocation and performance reporting for all mobile marketing activities
- Develop deep understanding of target audiences and competitive landscape in key regions
- Guide creative teams in producing effective, on-brand mobile ad content
- Evaluate and integrate new advertising platforms and technologies
- Build and mentor a high-performing mobile marketing team
- Work closely with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local markets
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPI, LTV, and ROAS
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and platform policies
- Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing, product, and engineering
- Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions and forecast campaign outcomes
- Identify opportunities for organic growth through app store optimization
- Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners
- Lead quarterly planning and post-campaign reviews
- Stay current with mobile industry trends and emerging ad formats
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
Nice to Have
- Experience in dating or social discovery apps is a strong plus
- History of working in international or multicultural teams
- Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms
- Exposure to influencer or brand marketing initiatives
- Understanding of mobile app development lifecycle
