Lead the development of a modern, scalable marketing engine grounded in performance, automation, and real pipeline impact. As Head of Marketing, you'll architect and execute demand generation strategies that go beyond clicks and impressions—focusing on measurable revenue contribution and efficient customer acquisition.
What You’ll Do
- Design and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid media, outbound-assisted outreach, and inbound channels
- Build intelligent, automated workflows using Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, and AI-powered platforms
- Develop attribution models and analytics dashboards to track true pipeline influence
- Integrate with GTM engineering teams to deploy data-driven campaign systems
- Optimize marketing spend and CAC efficiency across channels
- Experiment with emerging AI tools, including Claude Code, to enhance campaign velocity
- Create content and messaging that drives qualified leads, not just traffic
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
- Proven success managing digital ad budgets and scaling paid campaigns
- Deep experience with Clay and modern marketing automation stacks
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on pipeline attribution
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and coding environments
- Background in SaaS go-to-market and comfort operating in fast-paced startups
- Ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams
- Preference for candidates aligned with US time zones (PT)
