Groupe Clarins is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of brand marketing plans for Clarins in Korea. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building brand equity, accelerating consumer engagement, and delivering business growth across our skincare, make-up, and body categories.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the 360° marketing strategy, integrating brand positioning, category growth, and go-to-market plans.
- Drive alignment with global and regional brand strategies while adapting to local market insights and consumer behavior.
- Lead annual brand plans, A&P budgeting, and calendar execution across all key launches and initiatives.
- Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across media, CRM, e-commerce, retail, and PR to create cohesive consumer experiences.
- Partner with internal teams (Digital, CRM, Retail, VM) to amplify campaigns across all channels and touchpoints.
- Champion a digital-first mindset, incorporating data, social listening, and influencer marketing into campaign strategies.
- Lead the local product marketing roadmap, including forecasting, pricing, go-to-market strategies, and sell-in/sell-out support.
- Manage cross-functional launch teams to ensure flawless execution, timely readiness, and strong market impact.
- Analyze category trends, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights to inform strategic planning and identify white space opportunities.
- Lead consumer research projects and distill findings into actionable business plans.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
- Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to influence product pipelines, communication strategies, and retail concepts.
- Serve as the voice of the brand internally and externally, maintaining consistency and excellence in brand execution.
What We're Looking For
- 13+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong ability to translate brand purpose and business goals into integrated marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, segmentation, and media consumption trends.
- Track record of delivering impactful 360 campaigns, managing budgets, and driving ROI.
- Inspirational leader who can drive performance and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and in Korean.
