Grupo Xcaret is looking for a Head of Labor Regulatory Compliance to lead the company’s efforts in legal and regulatory compliance with a specific focus on labor relations. You will ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and ensure full compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Lead and manage legal strategies related to labor relations.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures for labor regulatory compliance.
- Advise internal teams on legal requirements and best practices for labor relations.
What We're Looking For
- Licenciatura en Derecho (Law Degree).
- 3 años de experiencia acumulada (3 years accumulated experience).
- 1-2 años de experiencia en el puesto (1-2 years of experience in the specific position).
- Experiencia en áreas de Relaciones Laborales y despacho jurídico (Experience in Labor Relations and Legal Office areas).
