Jobgether is looking for a Head of Infrastructure & Security to provide strategic leadership for our IT infrastructure, security, and cloud operations. You will define technology strategies to support rapid growth while ensuring robust security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement the company’s IT infrastructure and security strategy, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Lead cloud and computing infrastructure management, optimizing for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish comprehensive security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Design and maintain data infrastructure to support large-scale AI model training and deployment.
- Oversee IT operations, including hardware procurement, onboarding, internal tools, and day-to-day support.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize technology projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role managing strategy and teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, including IAM, networking, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven track record in building and managing corporate security programs, including leading compliance audits.
- Strong automation skills for IT operations, from onboarding to monitoring and incident response.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage budgets effectively.
- Startup mentality: comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on implementation, and fast-paced decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a strong plus.
