Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across product, brand, and growth initiatives
- Completely rebuild the core product interface from scratch
- Turn intricate language learning concepts into clear, user-friendly interactions
- Develop a flexible design system that enables fast iteration without sacrificing usability
- Define a new brand identity aligned with the product's goals and impact
- Design features and experiences that encourage organic sharing and social visibility
- Collaborate closely with engineering to rapidly launch and improve through real-world use
- Balance hands-on design execution with strategic leadership
