You will play a key role in updating and reorganizing intranet content as part of a platform migration. Working alongside Customer Success and Product teams, you'll transfer material from legacy systems into a modern digital environment, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across customer sites.
What You’ll Do
- Move and reconstruct intranet content from older platforms into the updated system, maintaining functionality and design integrity.
- Enhance page layouts to improve visual flow, readability, and user navigation.
- Assist in tracking migration schedules and keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
- Test migrated pages for technical accuracy, including links, permissions, and content modules.
- Propose improvements to streamline content transfer and reduce manual effort.
What We’re Looking For
You’re currently studying or recently graduated in Design, Communications, IT, or a related field. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and naturally attuned to how information should be structured online. You value clean digital experiences and are curious about content platforms and how they support internal communication.
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, SharePoint, or Squarespace is preferred
- Interest in AI-powered tools for structuring knowledge and optimizing workflows
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
