Allianz UK is hiring a Head of CSR, DE&I and EVP. In this role, you will partner with the Director, People Experience COE to shape our strategy for Corporate Social Responsibility, Inclusion, and the Employee Value Proposition. You will then be responsible for defining and delivering the execution roadmap to embed these strategies, fostering an inclusive culture and promoting Allianz UK's contribution to social impact.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Director, People Experience COE to define the overall AzUK CSR, Inclusion and EVP strategies.
- Design and deliver an execution roadmap in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners, including NGOs and industry bodies.
- Analyze internal and external data to inform the AzUK roadmap and influence strategic initiatives.
- Own the design, delivery, and maintenance of AzUK-wide CSR, Inclusion, and EVP programmes, platforms, events, policies, and processes.
- Manage and activate AzUK charity and sponsorship partnerships within relevant legal and risk frameworks.
- Define and oversee the employee volunteering framework and its impact measurement.
- Create, own, and maintain relevant policies, standards, and ambitions, delivering progress and impact reporting.
- Promote AzUK's commitment to CSR, Inclusion, and EVP topics internally and externally through effective storytelling.
- Coordinate with Group to understand Group-led initiatives and activate them locally within AzUK.
- Facilitate the sourcing, contracting, and relationship management of external delivery partners.
- Lead the cyclical process for identifying and selecting AzUK charity partners.
- Work alongside Talent Acquisition and external partners on EVP initiatives.
- Allocate work through dotted-line reporting structures, providing coaching and support.
- Challenge, support, and influence the business to integrate CSR, Inclusion, and EVP topics into our culture.
- Develop and own relevant risk, control, and governance measures for these deliveries.
- Prepare reporting for Group, the AzUK Executive Committee, Board, and other stakeholders.
- Own and manage central CSR, Inclusion, and EVP budgets, ensuring fair allocation.
- Use external insights and thought leadership to inform the design and delivery of the execution roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in defining CSR, Inclusion, and EVP strategies and operationalizing them.
Team & Environment
You will work directly with the Director, People Experience COE and allocate work through dotted-line reporting structures, maintaining delivery oversight and providing coaching.
Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and can be based from our offices in Bournemouth, Guildford, or London.
