About the Role
Lead the design and execution of the company's AI roadmap, managing a team of researchers and engineers to develop innovative AI capabilities while ensuring alignment with business goals and responsible AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term artificial intelligence strategy

- Work with legal and policy teams on AI ethics and risk mitigation
- Represent AI initiatives in executive and board-level discussions
- Monitor advancements in foundational models and open-source tools
- Drive research into domain-specific AI applications
- Optimize inference and training costs across workloads
- Mentor team members on technical and career growth
- Foster a culture of experimentation and technical excellence
- Coordinate with security teams on model robustness and red-teaming
- Evaluate third-party AI tools and partnerships
- Ensure transparency and documentation across AI projects
- Support customer-facing teams with technical insights on AI
- Guide onboarding and scaling of AI infrastructure
- Develop metrics to track AI team impact and progress
