Worldly is looking for a Head of Accounts to lead and scale our global accounts function during a critical phase of company growth. This strategic role owns the overall account strategy, team performance, and operational rigor required to drive customer expansion, product adoption, and long-term value creation.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve Worldly’s global accounts strategy, with a focus on customer expansion, product upgrades, and long-term adoption.
- Establish clear success metrics, KPIs, and operating rhythms for the accounts function, ensuring alignment with company-level goals.
- Drive consistency, rigor, and accountability across account management practices while remaining flexible to customer needs.
- Partner closely with senior leaders across Growth, Customer Success, Product, and Partnerships to align account strategy with broader business priorities.
- Serve as an executive-level point of view on account health, risks, and opportunities across the customer portfolio.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 account professionals, including both direct and indirect reports.
- Create clarity around roles, responsibilities, and expectations across the team.
- Coach and mentor account leaders to deepen customer relationships, elevate strategic thinking, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Foster a high-trust, high-performance culture grounded in ownership, empathy, and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of an existing account practice and assess its effectiveness, strengths, and gaps.
- Operationalize the account motion by deeply understanding Worldly’s customer base, use cases, and growth opportunities.
- Institute best practices across account planning, forecasting, customer engagement, and expansion motions.
- Engage directly with customers to model excellence and stay close to the work.
- Ensure the accounts function is data-driven, scalable, and positioned to support Worldly’s next phase of growth.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in account management, customer growth, or related functions.
- At least 5 years leading and scaling account teams.
- Proven success driving customer expansion, product adoption, and revenue growth in complex B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to build structure, rigor, and repeatable processes.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- A collaborative, empathetic leader who holds teams accountable while fostering trust and development.

- Compensation: Annual Base Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 USD (US), $140,000 - $160,000 USD (UK), $120,000 - $150,000 USD (France) + equity: Incentive Stock Option Package.

This is a global, remote position open to candidates in the United States, London, or Paris.
