Lexware is hiring a Fullstack Developer to advance a modern chatbot product, emphasizing performance, scalability, and innovation in Generative AI. Part of an 8-person product team in a startup-like environment, you'll help shape this key product.

• Develop and advance modern software solutions with a focus on Generative AI.
• Actively shape the entire development process, from conception through implementation and operation.
• Contribute ideas as part of an interdisciplinary team in a hierarchy-free environment.
• Inspire the team with positive energy and a collaborative approach to drive product decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in a dynamic environment.
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, Python, SQL, Docker, and GitLab.
• Appreciation for collaborative work, code reviews, documentation, and agile practices.
• Strength in self-organization, personal responsibility, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Fluent English and German for effective communication in an international context.
• Enthusiasm for a startup-like pace and a hands-on mentality for implementing new technologies like GenAI.
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in Freiburg.

Nice to Have

• Interest in DevOps topics like CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts, with AWS being advantageous.
• First experiences with AI Chatbots, LLMs, or OpenSearch.
