- Guest Service Ambassador (GSA)
Location - Client site at Yeouido

Job Summary
The GSA is the heart of our client's corporate office experience. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring every visitor and employee feels welcomed, supported, and valued. Job Responsibilities
• Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with smooth arrivals and departures
• Manage visitor bookings using the client's guest management system
• Issue and reconcile guest and employee temporary passes, coordinating with security and facilities management
• Direct and manage deliveries and their storage
• Establish protocols for welcoming media and distinguished guests
• Monitor lobby foot traffic and movement of equipment and materials
• Manage people flow and provide support during peak periods
• Offer general inquiries support and wayfinding assistance
• Maintain and update operational signage in the lobby area
• Keep the front desk and reception areas pristine, reflecting the client's brand standards
• Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns
• Collaborate across facility services to ensure a safe, comfortable work environment
• Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to prevent privacy breaches or operational disruptions
Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service, security, or hospitality experience
• People Person: Your joy comes from creating experiences that exceed expectations
• Flexibility and a positive attitude when priorities shift
• Excellent Communicator: Professional verbal and written communication in English
• Master of multitasking who maintains consistency and accuracy
• Working knowledge of information technology tools and platforms
• Proficiency in Google Office suite preferred
• Familiarity with guest management systems a plus
• Ability to handle light physical tasks like carrying packages and managing lobby accessories
