DriveWhip is looking for our first GTM Talent Sourcer to join remotely and build our go-to-market hiring engine from the ground up. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top passive talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps to help us scale our product to market.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with our recruiter and hiring managers to deeply understand GTM role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Proactively source passive GTM candidates across LinkedIn, social platforms, communities, referrals, and creative channels.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines for GTM roles.
- Identify and engage candidates with experience in B2B SaaS, startups, and AI-first companies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with GTM talent for current and future needs.
- Craft personalized outreach that reflects our culture, stage, and value proposition.
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline data accurately to support hiring decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, ideally focused on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social platforms, etc.).
- Strong understanding of GTM functions and how early-stage teams are built.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Must!
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Curiosity, creativity, and comfort operating in a fast-changing startup environment.
