Kernel is seeking a GTM Engineer (Customer-facing) to own the end-to-end success of our most strategic customers. You will architect and implement bespoke AI solutions, acting as the primary technical and strategic advisor from late-stage sales cycles through long-term value delivery.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives in late-stage cycles as the technical expert.
- Architect, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s tooling.
- Own post-deployment success — optimizing performance and value delivery.
- Act as a trusted long-term advisor for your customer portfolio.
- Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for scale.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years’ experience in a client-facing analytical or technical role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Data Analytics).
- Strong technical fluency and understanding of data systems.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfort with ambiguity and creative technical problem solving.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work late occasionally for US-based customers.
Nice to Have
- Scripting (Python, JavaScript) or SQL experience.
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and workflow tools (n8n).
- Understanding of APIs and data integrations.
- Previous startup experience.
