The Growth Marketing Leader will build and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive qualified leads, client acquisition, and revenue expansion for HireHawk, a company operating in the staffing and RPO space. This full-time, remote position is based in Costa Rica and demands deep experience in demand generation and scalable pipeline growth within competitive markets.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
- Drive qualified lead generation for staffing/BPO services
- Build multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid media, outbound, inbound, partnerships, content, SEO)
- Optimize funnel performance from lead generation to client acquisition
- Create campaigns targeting hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Improve MQL → SQL → Closed Won conversion rates
- Align closely with Business Development and Sales teams
- Design account-based marketing (ABM) strategies when appropriate
- Own growth KPIs including CAC, CPL, pipeline value, and revenue contribution
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI
- Implement tracking systems and reporting dashboards
- Run A/B testing and growth experiments
- Strengthen brand positioning within staffing/RPO markets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Identify new verticals or geographic expansion opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in staffing agencies or RPO environments
- Understanding of the staffing sales cycle
- Experience with demand generation strategies
- Ability to build predictable pipeline growth in competitive markets
Work Mode
Remote position available to candidates based in Costa Rica. This is a full-time role with remote flexibility within the country.
