- Work with engineering to ensure data accuracy and availability
- Develop predictive models for user lifecycle stages
- Conduct cohort analyses to understand user retention
- Improve data quality and documentation practices
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Use SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis
- Present findings to non-technical audiences
- Monitor KPIs and alert teams to significant changes
- Contribute to roadmap planning with data-backed insights
