Volaris is looking for a Ground Operations Coordinator to join our team. Your primary challenge will be to maintain the integrity of the operational schedule, minimizing economic impact while upholding customer service, punctuality, and safety according to the metrics established by management. What You'll Do
- Analyze and propose solutions to improve operational metrics, as well as strategies with authorities, airlines, airport administration, and service providers for continuous improvement.
- Develop personal leadership by taking responsibility for activities in the area, promoting teamwork, a good work environment, and the development of your staff.
- Foster a good relationship with all areas involved in the operation, always with a focus on safety, integrity, and profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AST Supervisor, or 1 year as an Operations Instructor, Hub Control Supervisor, or CCO Supervisor.
- Proven track record in leadership, resource management, and ease in handling contingencies.
- Education: Official Technical Degree in Operations.
- English: Intermediate level.
- Software: Microsoft Office package (Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint).
- Developed competencies in: assertive communication, leadership, results orientation, decision-making, emotional intelligence.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree and/or engineering degree desirable.
