Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Graphic/Web Designer for a specialist Wix agency client. This role focuses on visual design creativity over technical development, translating ideas into clean, engaging websites.
What You'll Do
- Design visually compelling websites using Wix.
- Manage 1–3 projects at a time, averaging 2 websites per week.
- Complete minor design and website edit tickets as needed.
- Use Adobe Illustrator (primary), Photoshop, and optionally Canva for AI-assisted content.
- Collaborate with internal team to align designs with project goals and client expectations.
- Track and report time using block reporting to demonstrate efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of digital design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing modern, creative web and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic Canva tools.
- Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
- High ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver quality results consistently.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or related.
- Proactive and willing to continue learning new tendencies.
- Good level of communication, collaboration, process monitoring, and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to receive and apply feedback from colleagues and customers.

Benefits & Compensation
- 2 weeks of PTO
- Compensation: $1,000 USD monthly during trial period, with a post-trial range up to $1,500 depending on performance.
