Neo Group is seeking a Graphic Designer/Brand Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality graphic designs that align with our brand standards and project goals. You’ll collaborate closely with a creative team, handling various design tasks and ensuring all outputs are consistent and visually impactful.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine brand assets such as typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates.
- Create visual materials to support brand communication and internal needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer.
- A well-structured portfolio that showcases creative thinking, brand identity skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience creating brand guidelines and scalable visual systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Russian.
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D design or modeling.
- Experience working in Figma.
- Experience in the gambling, betting, or gaming industry.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
