ANA United States is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing campaigns and projects, assisting the design team and Team Leads to deliver impactful visual content.
What You'll Do
- Work with the design team and team leads for overall marketing support.
- Handle revisions and amendments to design files.
- Perform advanced formatting for PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.
- Create various design supporting collaterals for social and digital media.
- Develop layout projects for print and digital platforms.
- Handle video editing, animation, and basic storyboarding.
- Perform basic visual conceptualization.
- Translate design briefs.
- Contribute to internal projects and work with senior specialists to meet project milestones.
- Prepare documentation to support project implementation to time and quality standards.
- Identify and comply with Arcadis policies and procedures, including Brand Guidelines.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process and system improvement.
- Learn new design-related tools accessible to the team.
- Develop a practical understanding of how processes and systems relate to the wider organization.
- Respond to and resolve enquiries and problems, escalating complex queries appropriately.
- Answer routine queries from the team related to own area of specialism.
- Resolve operational day-to-day problems referred from other business functions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related course.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
- Proficient in Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects.
- Good understanding of graphic design.
- Good understanding of branding and its implementation.
- Working knowledge in handling and translating project briefs.
- Intermediate video editing and animation knowledge.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude towards work and good interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time and work management skills.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Team player.
- Good proofreading skills.
