As a Graphic Designer specializing in paid social and email marketing, you’ll design and iterate on high-converting static ads for platforms like Meta and TikTok, as well as build responsive email campaigns that drive engagement and sales. Your designs will be rooted in direct-response principles, optimized for click-through rates, conversion, and ROAS.
What You’ll Do
- Develop compelling, thumb-stopping ad visuals tailored to platform-specific behaviors and specs
- Create structured variations of creative assets to support systematic A/B testing
- Use AI tools to generate and refine visual concepts, layouts, and design angles
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback from media buyers
- Build modular, reusable ad and email templates that enable fast, scalable testing
- Design conversion-focused email campaigns and automated flows with mobile-first layouts
- Support creative strategy with rapid mockups and concept exploration
- Apply strong typographic and visual hierarchy skills to improve clarity and CTA performance
- Organize files, naming conventions, and workflows to maintain efficiency across multiple accounts
- Collaborate on brand evolution and visual system improvements while maintaining consistency
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years of experience creating real, performance-tested ads for DTC brands
- A portfolio showcasing paid social ads and email campaigns with measurable results
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and image generation platforms
- Strong understanding of platform ad specs, conversion psychology, and landing page synergy
- Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision, meeting deadlines without compromise
- Clear communication skills and comfort working directly with strategists and media teams

Technical tools include Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, and a range of AI platforms. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience, with opportunities for growth in a fast-scaling team.
