DREAMLABS is hiring a Graphic Designer (Performance Marketing & Email) to own visual execution across paid social and email channels. You'll build scalable creative systems, design high-converting assets, and collaborate directly with media buyers and strategists to improve performance.
What You'll Do
- Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
- Create structured creative variations for systematic A/B testing.
- Develop performance-driven visual concepts and thumb-stopping hooks.
- Translate performance data into new design iterations and rapidly iterate based on feedback.
- Use AI tools to generate visual concepts, variations, angles, and explore layouts.
- Build modular ad and email templates for fast testing at scale.
- Establish structured naming, file organization, and creative testing workflows.
- Improve internal systems to increase output without sacrificing quality.
- Support the creative strategy team with rapid concept mockups.
- Ensure consistent on-time delivery across accounts.
- Use AI to accelerate research, competitive analysis, and visual exploration.
- Design high-converting email campaigns and automated flows.
- Create mobile-first, conversion-focused email layouts.
- Collaborate with strategists on structure, hooks, and offer framing.
- Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for conversion across multiple DTC accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6+ years designing for DTC brands.
- A strong portfolio of real paid social ad creative (not just brand work or mockups).
- Experience designing high-performing static ads for Meta and TikTok.
- Understanding of direct-response principles and conversion-focused design.
- Experience working closely with performance teams or media buyers.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in your daily workflow.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong typography, hierarchy, and visual clarity across performance ads.
- A strong portfolio of real email marketing work (not just mockups).
- Experience with Klaviyo or a similar ESP.
Nice to Have
- Agency experience managing multiple DTC accounts.
- Experience designing landing pages or CRO-focused pages.
- Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, ROAS).
- Experience building modular creative testing systems.
- Experience working directly with founders or CEOs.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
