ALICE + OLIVIA is looking for a highly creative and style-savvy Graphic Designer and Brief Coordinator to join our dynamic creative team. This role collaborates closely with Senior Graphic Designers and other departments to produce high-quality, visually compelling content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and vision.

What You'll Do

Create design assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website content, e-commerce, and print materials.
Ensure all design work is consistent with the brand’s guidelines and visual identity.
Project manage design requests while collaborating with the Creative team, Marketing, Merchandising, and E-commerce.
Develop graphics for social media, newsletters, advertisements, event invites, and lookbooks.
Prepare final files for digital and print production, meeting all technical specifications.
Stay current with design trends in fashion and digital media to incorporate fresh ideas.
Organize and maintain design assets in the brand’s asset management system.
Perform photo retouching for color accuracy, create compositions, and utilize generative AI.
Edit video with Adobe Premiere, particularly for editorial lookbooks intended for paid ads.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent time management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
Willingness to work off-hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
A strong, well-rounded portfolio showcasing design work across print, digital, and branding.
2-3 years of graphic design and photo retouching experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
