RP3 Agency is looking for a Graphic Designer to transform smart thinking into compelling visuals that support new business, agency marketing, and creative initiatives. In this role, you will bring campaign concepts to life through presentations, social content, and visual systems.

What You'll Do

Design high-impact new business pitch decks and agency presentations.
Create social media and marketing assets that bring the RP3 brand to life.
Bring campaign concepts to visual life for new business pitches.
Design campaign visuals supporting agency marketing and thought leadership.
Create email designs and basic web experiences.
Design across both static and motion-driven digital environments.
Develop design systems, templates, and layout frameworks that keep agency materials consistent and scalable.
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Creative teams.
Contribute to visual storytelling and art direction across agency initiatives.
Maintain a meticulous eye for detail and brand consistency.
Work effectively in a fast-paced new business environment where occasional evening or weekend work may occur.

What We're Looking For

4–5 years of professional design experience in a creative agency or in-house setting.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Experience designing presentation decks, social media content, and digital marketing assets.
Strong foundation in typography, layout, and composition.
Basic web design experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Nice to Have

Webflow experience.
Illustration skills.
Motion design or After Effects experience.
3D design experience.

Figma / Figma Slides
Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, etc.)

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Creative teams in a kind, curious, and collaborative environment with a team-first mindset.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation range: $75,000 – $90,000
