The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Graphic Design Consultant to join our mission of restoring safety, dignity, and hope. In this role, you will be responsible for contextualizing psychoeducational content for delivery via WhatsApp, creating illustrations, comics, and instructional graphics to facilitate participant interaction with a chatbot platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop illustrations, comics, and materials to facilitate interaction between clients and the Chatbot platform.
- Meet with project leaders to gather and understand specific illustration needs.
- Adapt existing visual content from the platform to facilitate its management.
- Design and develop materials to make the platform more attractive and engaging.
What We're Looking For
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge of illustration and design software.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing outreach projects based on digital or design tools.
- Hands-on experience developing visual material, illustrations, and/or video editing.
- Experience in writing texts to accompany visual materials.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in humanitarian contexts is desirable.
