Grafana Labs is seeking a software engineer to join the Grafana Loki team. You will work on developing and maintaining Loki, our log aggregation system designed for scalability and cost-efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain features for the Grafana Loki project
- Optimize system performance and scalability for log ingestion and querying
- Collaborate with the open-source community and internal teams on improvements
- Write clean, tested, and maintainable code in a distributed systems environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing and operating large-scale distributed systems
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Go
- Deep understanding of databases, storage engines, and data processing
- Ability to troubleshoot complex performance and reliability issues
