- Participate in every phase of project development, from initial concepts and feasibility studies to detailed design and on-site construction support
- Deliver engineering solutions that meet safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements under UK and global standards
- Perform structural calculations and design for maritime and coastal works using recognized codes such as BS, Eurocodes, PIANC, CIRIA, and ICE guidelines
- Utilize industry-standard software tools including ROBOT, GRLWEAP, WALLAP, TEDDS, and PLAXIS 3D for engineering analysis
- Create conceptual, preliminary, and final designs for new or upgraded infrastructure such as quay walls, jetties, revetments, breakwaters, dolphins, linkspans, and associated elements
- Evaluate the stability, load-bearing capacity, and long-term durability of marine structures exposed to waves, currents, and corrosion
- Design and specify fender systems, mooring configurations, and measures to prevent scour around structures
- Produce and assess technical documentation including reports, drawings, specifications, and tender materials
- Conduct field visits to inspect sites and assess structural conditions, then prepare detailed inspection findings
