Motorola Solutions is looking for a Graduate Front End Software Engineer to contribute to a next-generation dispatching solution within a client-server architecture. This graduate role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, from requirements to testing, within a global company dedicated to safety and security.
What You'll Do
- Develop, test and deliver a next-generation dispatching solution.
- Engage with the full life cycle of a project, including requirements capture, design, implementation and testing.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree in BSc Computing Science, BSc Software Engineering, MSc Software Engineering, or similar.
- Hands on experience with object orientated languages, as well as JavaScript.
- A strong focus on quality.
- Good communication and English skills.
- An agile mindset.
- 3 years UK residency is required for security clearance.

The Guardian team is distributed across the UK, with hubs in Glasgow, Leicester, and Hemel. We currently have around 150 employees. Our daily work is remote and often asynchronous, with workflows managed via Google Chat & collaborative documents in G-Suite.
