True Tandem is looking for a Senior or Lead Front-End Developer to join our team. You will be instrumental in building and leading our React-based applications.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and architecture of user interfaces using React
- Build high-quality, reusable components and libraries
- Mentor other developers and promote front-end best practices
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define feature specifications

- Proven track record as a Senior-level Front-End Developer
- Deep expertise in modern React development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web standards
- Ability to lead technical decisions and work autonomously
