Renesas Electronics is looking for a Graduate Digital Engineer / 集成电路后端设计工程师 (应届生岗) to implement physical designs from front-end logic netlists. You will join a company driven by the purpose 'To Make Our Lives Easier' and committed to a people-first culture of innovation and learning.
What You'll Do
- Complete logic synthesis using DC (Design Compiler) and design for testability (DFT).
- Perform placement and routing (PnR) and timing verification.
- Conduct chip physical layout verification.
- Write and maintain design documentation.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, communication engineering, automatic control, computer science, electrical automation, mechatronics, or a related major.
Nice to Have
- Excellent grades in core electrical courses such as Circuit Theory, Digital Circuits, Analog Circuits, and Microcontroller Principles.
- Participation in electronic design competitions and a strong interest in electronic technology.
- A major in Integrated Circuit Design, Microelectronics, or a closely related field.
