Responsibilities
- Analyze, and report on website performance, focusing on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement.
- Interpret data from website tracking tools (Google Analytics, VWO, Hubspot).
- Setting and ideation for web events based on business objectives.
- Conducting A/B testing analyses (VWO and HubSpot).
- One-off analysis for key initiatives like Back Friday campaign, promotions, product launches, website migrations to measure effectiveness.
- Identify and analyze different audience segments to improve targeting and personalization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that tracking plans are in place for all key user behaviors.
- Collaborate with the content team to provide data driven insights that inform content creation and optimize engagement from key user segments.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or CRO roles.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other web analytics platforms.
- Ability to interpret web data, using Looker, Tableau, Superset or similar tools.
- Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Hotjar, Clarity, or other user behavior tracking tools.
- Experience with Search Console or other SEO tracking tools.
- Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
