About the Role

Lead end-to-end management of key strategic accounts, driving customer success, retention, and revenue growth through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle management of high-value client relationships
  • Develop deep understanding of client business objectives and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Drive contract renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic customers
  • Translate client needs into product and service requirements
  • Monitor account health and identify potential risks or opportunities
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders
  • Coordinate implementation and onboarding for complex deployments
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline documentation
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and renewals
  • Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business outcomes
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new offerings
  • Represent client perspectives in product feedback loops
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across regions
  • Drive adoption and utilization of platform features
  • Identify expansion paths within existing accounts
  • Work closely with customer success and support teams
  • Deliver strategic insights to internal leadership based on client trends
