Inventive Food Technology (IFF) is hiring a Global Reliability Expert

Inventive Food Technology (IFF) is looking for a Global Reliability Expert to join our Scent business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing maintenance and reliability strategies across our global manufacturing network. You will drive key initiatives, mentor site teams, and embed a culture of reliability excellence.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Maintenance and Reliability.
• Lead key reliability themes including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Loss Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA+)/Preventative Maintenance Optimization (PMO).
• Advance predictive maintenance programs and optimize the work management process.
• Develop and train Site SMEs in the use of reliability methodologies and tools.
• Engage with a multi-functional team including Site Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Leaders, Data Analysts, and MT Engineers.
• Drive a reliability-focused mindset throughout the organization.
• Implement reliability workstreams in multiple sites following established project timelines.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).
• At least 5 years of prior experience in Maintenance & Reliability, production processes, or Manufacturing Technology.
• Working knowledge of Recognized And Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP’s) and equipment failure modes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver results.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Meridium.
• A Six Sigma certification (greenbelt preferred).
