This role focuses on turning manufacturing data into actionable insights that drive performance improvements across multiple production sites. You will work at the intersection of operations, data, and strategy, supporting leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations and benchmarking frameworks. YOU WILL - Analyze and interpret manufacturing data (e.g. Yield, Efficiency, OEE) to identify performance gaps and trends; - Collaborate with manufacturing sites across 14 countries, ensuring consistent performance standards and alignment of operational practices; - Support global leadership by providing insights and recommendations that influence decisions across the entire manufacturing network; - Identify root causes of operational issues across multiple factories; - Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable business insights; - Present findings to plant managers and global leadership in a structured, executive-friendly way; - Develop and maintain global benchmarking frameworks for factory performance; - Ensure consistency and comparability of KPIs across sites; - Identify and share best practices across the manufacturing network; - Collaborate with IT and data teams on reporting structures and data models; - Partner closely with Operations and Finance teams to support performance improvement initiatives.
