The position is responsible for leading the global commercial strategy and performance of the dehydrated fruits and vegetables business unit, ensuring profitable growth, market leadership, and strong customer partnerships worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the global commercial strategy for dehydrated produce
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in key international markets
- Oversee pricing strategy and profitability across regions and product lines
- Manage relationships with major global customers and strategic partners
- Coordinate commercial activities across regional sales teams and subsidiaries
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations with large-volume buyers and distributors
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations to align production with demand
- Ensure product availability and delivery performance meets customer expectations
- Support new product development based on market feedback and customer needs
- Monitor and report on key commercial performance indicators
- Develop long-term customer strategies for key accounts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness
- Represent the business at industry events and trade associations
- Provide input into global sourcing and procurement decisions
