Scotiabank is seeking a Global Capital Markets Summer Analyst to join our team in New York City for the summer of 2027. This internship runs from June to August, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience within our purpose-driven, results-oriented culture.
What You'll Do
- Support Scotiabank's Global Capital Markets team in New York across key functions.
- Analyze market data and assist with financial modeling.
- Prepare client presentations and internal reports.
- Contribute to live deals and transaction processes.
- Collaborate with team members on strategic projects.
What We're Looking For
- Current undergraduate student on track for graduation in 2027.
- Strong academic record in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated interest in capital markets and financial services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
