Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a German Speaking Remote Support Specialist to provide exceptional remote support to German-speaking clients. You will address technical inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality remote support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues, including software, hardware, and networking problems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and share successful strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed support and guidance.
- Engage in continuous training for personal and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- A strong interest in technology with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to proactive problem-solving and providing excellent customer service.
- Able to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required for employment eligibility.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer support or a similar role is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and hardware is preferred.
