Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service professional to join our team supporting a Travel & Hospitality company. You will be the primary point of contact, handling customer inquiries and assisting with travel bookings, modifications, and concerns through fluent German communication.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodations, and hospitality services via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide detailed information on travel packages, special offers, and itineraries.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and concerns regarding their travel plans.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive travel experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and service improvement.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
