Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service professional to support a major ride-sharing platform. In this role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries related to ride-sharing services via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Provide support in addressing trip-related issues, driver engagements, and service feedback.
- Assist customers in navigating the platform and understanding service policies.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Stay updated on platform changes, promotions, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Familiarity in technology or transportation sectors preferred.
