What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries related to insurance products and services.
- Guide customers through the claims process, policy details, and coverage options, ensuring they receive the information they need.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s insurance offerings to provide accurate guidance to customers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of claims and policy changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (to serve German-speaking clients)
